Many famous Christmas songs have verses or lyrical introductions that have seldom been made popular when recorded or played on radio ( e.g. White Christmas or I'll be Home for Christmas). This inspired me to extend the story and compose another musical narrative that's more romantic, nostalgic and relatable while still slightly more contemporary than the original James Pierpont version of the late 1850's. Hence, the name "Jingle Bells 2.0"
